The modern house with a swimming pool was built in 2021 and is located in Vižinada, a small picturesque place in the heart of Istria. The villa is located in a quiet and somewhat secluded location, thus providing its guests with an ideal place to relax with family or friends.

COMFORT AND PERFECT DESIGN

Villa Alena is spread over 165 m2 on two fully air-conditioned floors for 8 people. The interior is equipped with stylish and modernly designed furniture with special attention to detail.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen directly connected to the outdoor pool and summer kitchen. On the lower floor you will find a double room with private bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom, while two bedrooms with access to the balcony share a hallway and a shared bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV.
